The students specialized in Engineering and/or Business Administration are provided rigorous training to transform them from college student to a worthy member of the corporate world. The training program covers the following skills:

Quality: Quality standards, Software processes, Testing and Reviews

Beyond fresher training: We conduct Continuous Training Program (CTP) and Management Development Program (MDP) on regular basis to keep our consultants abreast of the latest needs of projects and technology. This is also done to mould them for their roles as new Managers and for career progression with-in the company. We have formal training program for skills upgrade and career advancements.
